A brand-new product that has never been used. Computers assembled from brand new components that include individual components manufacturer’s warranty. Original packaging is present for most new products. Cosmetic condition is new.
REFURBISHED
LIKE NEW
A product in perfect working condition that cosmetically looks brand new with no major damage or signs of being used. The product has had little to no usage or has been assembled mostly from brand new components
REFURBISHED
VERY GOOD
A well-cared-for product that has seen limited use and remains in good working condition. The item may show some limited signs of wear with small scratches or cosmetic blemishes but overall in very good cosmetic and working condition.

GOOD
The product shows wear from consistent use, but it remains in perfect working condition and functions properly. The product may be marked, scratched or worn, have identifying markings on it, or have minor cosmetic damage.
